Not long after the report had been made, the madwoman was taken away by the police. Director Shinohara gave the police her full cooperation. Besides telling them of the damage that had been done due to the insane woman's actions, she provided the surveillance videos as well.
The videos perfectly captured the moment Yuuya's biological mother sneaked in through the backyard to her harassing Yuuya and using force on others. These irrefutable pieces of evidence were undeniably a great help to the police.
"For the sake of formalities, I need to ask you to come with us to the police station," One of the police dispatched to the care home spoke to Director Shinohara. He jotted down a few points inside his small notebook, "Could the young lady who stepped forward to protect the child go with us too?"
