"Wife, why are you looking at me like that?" He raised his gaze from the tablet in his hand, going straight to his little wife who was currently propping her chin up and openly staring at him.

Shouko swiftly replied, "En, just admiring your handsome face ah."

Kyoya's eyes dilated in pleasant surprise, he broke into a laugh with how she responded to his random question. His eyes curved as he continued laughing.

Shouko wasn't even affected by his laughing. She just quietly assessing the man who sat opposite her.

If not for the call log that displayed Ono's name, she would surely think what happened last night was just a dream. This man appeared as if he didn't remember even a bit of the part he stepped out to the yard with nothing but just his sweater and pants, looking for her in his dazed state.

Was he really sleepwalking? Shouko wondered about that.
