"We're not going for a run?" Shouko looked confusedly at the man standing before her.

"You should rest more. You still look a bit pale today," Kyoya fastened a sports watch around his hand, he had already in his sportswear. "I could go by myself."

"No, I've already slept enough," Shouko was adamant. "I'll go running with you."

Without waiting for him to refuse, she quickly went inside the wardrobe to change her clothes into sportswear. Shouko tied her long hair into a ponytail, grabbed her running shoes and went out in an instant.

"I'm ready!" 

Kyoya smiled helplessly. He smoothened her hair as he said in a hoarse voice, "I'm sorry. I'm just worried."

He tried to control himself but he was unable to relax once he woke up. Kuroda's words played on repeat in his mind, making him anxious all over again.
