Bab 118: Rumours of engagement?

Lijuan had been skeptical about going inside the building but she had gone in anyway and it had been good to speak to someone who understood her struggles, someone who had been in her shoes before and had been able to overcome it.

Yun had been really supportive as he led her inside. It wasn't a day for the group meeting but the lady who she had seen there had briefed her on all she needed to know about the group and the days their meeting, she had encouraged Lijuan and had even gone ahead to share some of her personal experiences. Luckily for her, Sunday evenings were one of their meeting days, so she had agreed to start the next day, which was a Sunday.

"Thank you." She said to Yun who was driving them back.

"For?" He asked, turning to look at her briefly.

"For everything… For being my friend and treating me well. I had actually been in a bad mood before your call came in." Lijuan said with a sigh.
