'I expected the next time to be her telling me she was getting married. Even though I was abroad, I kept up to date with the news regarding her. So, I knew everything that was going on. From her dating Tsueno Mamoru, from the accident and to her going to Tokyo.'

When she went to Tokyo, it didn't take long for there to be news about her and Terashima Yuhi. When he realized that they had reunited, Ren drank himself into oblivion for weeks. When they first started dating, he would remember waking up in different homes.
