For him, it was just a gift, one into which he had put a lot of thought into. But nonetheless, it was just a graduation present for his twin sister.

"You see, I have always been a fan of investing in the right place, and the right thing." He didn't wait for her cue, and continued with his explanation. "So, trust me when I tell you this. Your studio will be the center of attraction once it is done."

"What do you mean by that?" Katherine glanced in his direction with her eyebrows shooting up.

"The area where this warehouse is situated may seem a little dull to you, but that won't last for long." Blake began to explain it to her. "By the time your studio and showroom will be done, the entire area would have gone through a massive change already." 

"What massive change?" She inquired. 

"Don't tell this to anyone, but I managed to find out that the government is looking forward to turning the area into a commercial district." He answered her.
