Bab 121: The Visitor

She almost closed the door.....In front of his face.

Zachary Benedict was not the first man she expect to visit this early in the morning.

Angelica Marie swallowed hard.

'Oh no, this is not happening.' She chew the bottom of her lip. She just stood there saying nothing. The door remained half open.

God knows how she suffered from humiliation while she observed his gaze which had been on her for straight three minutes now.

Is he angry? Worried? She have no idea. His face gave her no idea of what he feel. It was blank as paper.

The memory of last night flashed back on her mind as she stared at the pools of his hazel brown eyes. She could feel the warmth spreading on her cheeks as she was reminded by the humiliating scene. She must be tomato red now.

How she wanted to be swallowed by the ground so she could escape the humiliation that made her cringe until now.
