Bab 86: Aiden makes baby Irena cry

Everyone came down at around nine O'clock without any hurry. Aiden sat on the sofa with a stone face without moving an inch. He did not even get up to use the restroom all this time. He looked at Lisa walking around the living room while carrying Irena and kissing her cheeks.

"Did you sleep well, darling?" Lisa asked baby Irena.

"Mmm.." Irena hugged Lisa with both her hands and tried to rub her face on her shoulders.

The sleepy Irena failed to notice her pitiful father who did not sleep the whole night in search of her. Aiden looked at her face with anticipation but the baby Irena, right before she could notice his presence closed her sleepy eyes when Lisa walked across him towards the kitchen. Aiden's heart broke and he troubled to control himself from getting up and rushing towards his baby girl.

"Who do we have here? Isn't this our great underworld Don, Aiden? So what do we owe the pleasure to have you here so early in the morning?" Dexter asked sarcastically.
