When she learned about this lord's actions, she was quite shocked. After all, in the entire federation, there was practically no one else who could follow Sylvanas'path.

Sylvanas was able to follow the path of a multi-dimensional alliance because many of her subordinates were great lords with considerable power when they were alive. This path was practically impossible to replicate, however, the lords of this faction might be able to succeed if they relied on such terrifying resources.
