Bab 64: ch 63
As you probably haven't guessed I am pretty pissed off about the fact that I am only a lesser titan I know that you are shocked because I have been so cool about it but there is a very valid reason for why I twist someone's head off the problem comes from the forces I'm currently up against the gods they have firmly established themselves as the supreme rulers of humanity these toxic parasites gain strength through belief otherwise they would be no more powerful than an average person this also applies to lesser gods and demigods so in a empire ruled by god decedents that can't really be called demigods they retain the ability of accession mean that they could develop into gods if the gods weren't so greedy and stifled the talent of their decedents to ensure that they retain a majority control of faith in their sacred countries but that also means that they can bestow power to their followers and more importantly their decedents making almost as difficult to fight as the gods as they can pull an endless supply from their ancestor gods.
Lesser gods are usually the generals to greater gods possessing their own divinity looking to conquer a world for themselves or join a pantheon and usually survive off of the indirect faith of the gods they serve if they are independent they are usually ruling a semi-plane or if they are really industrious a group of them or a small world that they usually fail to mention to their superiors allowing them to build a religion of their own.
The problem with a lesser titan besides the fact that they lost the war against the gods is the fact their powers are more primal that means any power unearned is not truly in the control of the titan wielding it but if your ancestor is no longer alive to claim it it can be inherited as for those without a titan ancestor the road becomes a lot more difficult unlike lesser gods that are born with a low divinity lesser titans get nothing and at most can fight a divine decedent not a demigod as they draw upon the divinity of their parent gods.
It isn't until the titan claims a domain that they can contend with lesser gods and the domain must also match the titan otherwise they will stagnate unable to rise up in power as they don't require worship like the gods to maintain their power a titan growth is based upon their own abilities worship acts as a conduit for their power to spread enlarging it not empowering it weak titan equals weak blessing to followers but unlike powerful gods who can only shape worlds powerful titans can create worlds which is why I wanted to be one and General Walker is only as strong as a demigod because of her inheritance from Hecate making her currently useless in helping me claim a domain luckily I didn't abandon my spirit half otherwise I would be fucked.
As of right now I currently trying to hide from a little girl who has a keen interest in me and I am am afraid she might be able to detect the change in my body as Princess Margaret has had an obsession with me since before she came to the academy and it has apparently gotten worse since she arrived if she was older and more filled out I might have taken the risk but what doesn't help is the fact that the longer I talked with her the more clear it became she is pygmy version of Lady Esther and cares nothing for the human experience only about her desired topic of research and the way things are progressing she might try to trick me into dissection lab and I can't guarantee what comes after.
Princess Margaret:"There you are did you not hear me calling for you!?"
Me:"I am sorry Princess Margaret I was meditating just before blocking out worldly distractions which is why I didn't hear you"
Princess Margaret:"If you are so free as to find time to meditate you can help me with my research" all I could think was Shit!
Me:"It would be my honor to help you with such an endeavor what do have in mind?"
