Bab 101: Tired

"Ray." Aurora made her way to him once he landed. "You used your magic again." 

"I had to." He said, pulling the cloak out of his head and the mask off his face. "They are mostly gone. And Lillian, they are dragging the woman Hakl brought to the meeting away. She is the one they accused of controlling the dogs." 

Lillian sighed, "I knew it. This is going to be trouble." 

Aurora walked to Jasmine and rummaged through her bag, finding the vial with mana for her. She helped her drink the liquid slowly and carefully as the two talked. 

"What do you mean trouble?" Ray asked, his temper is getting a little heated now. "Who is that woman? Why does she have a bit of our essence? That's not possible unless …"

"Yes. She is my body." Lillian answered, her eyes on the sky. "What do you think they will do to her?"
