When Irene walked in, her hand that was pressing the bite spot on her thigh slipped off upon catching Melissa zipping up her travel bag. "Where are you going, Angel?" Irene asked, dropping her bag on the couch.

"Irene," Melissa said, lifting her bag. "This is like a last-minute thing. Our editor-in-chief has a meeting with a very renowned personality, details of which are confidential at the moment and he wants me to assist him over there. This is going to be huge for us. We are leaving for Losbern now. I was about to call you but good that you are here."

"Oh… All the best, Angel! I hope everything works out in your favor," Irene said, hiding her hand behind her back.

"I am not sure how long it will take me there. I'll keep you updated once I reach there. You are going to be fine right?" Melissa uttered while pushing her phone in her handbag.
