Bab 760: Results of the Second Event

The infamous special NPC that every player in the battlefield is trying to glimpse is actually a small black bird. Only a handful of people has encountered this black bird as it appears in certain areas but there is actually one in each area.

The small black birds just rotate every three minutes in an area which is why it is not easily encountered. In fact, it can be seen to eye people with flags as it is its favorite meal. If a player has one flag, the small black bird will not come to you as it is wary of the player.

If a player has two flags, then you can see that it will come close to the player. If the player has more than two flags, the player could expect that the small black bird will come to your area and beg you to give it a flag. This is the situation that is happening all over the area of the second event.
