After unpacking my suitcases, I took a long and well needed shower before going downstairs for dinner.
"At least the shower works." I said to my mom who had just orders chines food. I grabbed the small white box and a pair of chopsticks before sitting in the dining room with my food.
"Better yet, our WiFi will be getting hooked up tomorrow." My mom said with a mouthful of noodles as she walked to the living room. Somehow, our TV was already set up and working which I find somewhat strange. Doesn't it usually take a couple days to get that hooked up? I shrugged before shoving another dumpling in my mouth.
"Ah yes! All the information about your school is there on the table." She said, pointing to a bulky yellow folder. I frowned.
Upon opening the folder, the burgundy colored school initials already looked like trouble.
"BIA? Bionots International Academy?" I said aloud.
"Yup! Heard it's the best one in the city!" She said. I snorted before chewing.
"Sounds like a superhero school." I picked up my phone and googled it.
"900 kids?!? In one high school? I'm gonna get trampled!" I said. My mother walked passed me and towards the kitchen to clean up, taking my empty container.
"I'm sure you'll do fine. Your just overreacting." She said. "Plus, you still have two weeks of summer."
"Praise God for that I guess." I sighed. My mom rubbed my shoulders before handing me a glass of warm water.
"Drink this before you go to bed, don't stay up too late." She said before turning around to walk up the stairs. She suddenly stopped.
"Almost forgot." She said, " while I was unloading the car, a lovely couple came up to me and asked about us." She said. I turned around wide eyed.
"You didn't tell them about me right? Please tell me you didn't!" I said crossing my fingers. She rolled her eyes before continuing.
"They said they have a daughter and son in you year as well, twins." She finished. I smacked my face with my hand before groaning loudly.
"God no! Please let this be a nightmare!" I said.
"They are having a beach party a few days before school starts." My mom said calmly. "I said you'd be there."
I smacked my face harder and groaned louder.
"Mom! Why would you do that to me!" I said.
"Wether you like it or not, it would do you good to at least have one or two people that you know here. You're just going to have to suck it up." She replied. Before I could complain to her any more, she walked up to her room.
"Sweet dreams!" She said before I heard her door close. I sighed.
"Oh no.." I said before taking a gulp of my water. I turned back to the bulky folder and tuck it under my arm as I walked into the kitchen. Putting my cup in the sink, I then headed upstairs to my room. I took another glance at the folder before setting it aside and collapsing on my bed.
"BIA huh, lets see how this goes." I said, turning to my curtains before standing up to open them slightly. I gazed out and into the now darkened sky, the sea still slowly rocking back and forth. I took a deep breath and close the curtains before slipping into bed. The fatigue washed over me as I soon fell asleep.

It was a dark room with another girl in there, she had dirty blond hair and was arguing with me.
"I swear to god! You are such a weirdo!! It's not my fault you have sleepy time issues cause you peed yourself trying to swim!" She yelled. I got angrier and before I knew it I yelled back.
"Who the hell do you think your talking to?! Control your cheating boyfriend before you comment on my life you piece of trash!!" I yelled back. I heard gasps before quickly turning around. Two of my closest friends stood there, staring at me in shock.
"Jesus Somnium, why are you screaming?" They said laughing. I quickly calmed out upon seeing their faces.
"Thank god your here! Can you tell this wacko that-" they started laughing again. I looked at them confused.
"But Somnium, your like, the only wacko here?" Kate said before laughing. I quickly froze. I soon realized they were laughing at me.
"What? What are you guys talking about?" I glared at them but my voice still wavered slightly, my heart was pounding in my chest as I had no idea what they were doing. Hope walked passed me and straight to the blonde, not even sparing me a glance.
"Are you okay? God she's so crazy." She said as if I wasn't there. Standing in front of her.
"What is wrong with you? Didn't you just here what she said to me?" I said. Hope turned back to look at me. The look in her eyes was as if she never knew me, she looked as if I was a stranger asked her to pity me. She looked as if, as if she hated me. Shocked? I quickly turned around to face Kate but she was no where to be seen. Rushing down the hallway, I saw her with a group of more popular students, laughing and smiling.
"She's such an idiot." I heard her say, there laughs echoing in the halls, I wanted to explain myself but they were already gone. And soon, other friends started leaving me too. I was confused, hurt, embarrassed, and I don't understand why.
Why did they all leave?
I woke up with a gasp. My shirt stuck to my back with sweat and I could barely stop shaking. Realizing it was a dream I slowly calmed myself down. I quietly thought to myself. Who knew the past could be told through dreams? I laid down slowly and closed my eyes, attempting to go back to sleep
