The eye of the storm has passed as the flowers began to bloom spreading their ever-growing beauty. The trees and plants sprout once more as the Pokemons came out from their shelter to play. The sun has risen for another time as it spreads its glamour across the azure blue sky. The clouds once ominous turned into feathery pure delights as a rainbow from the sky spreads its seven colors across the region. The sun is truly the alpha of any day and the omega of any storm.
I may have felt chilly and cold with my friends due to the rough weather last night, but Riolu and his brave team scattered and traveled across the forest just to find the prince of the forest who just turned out to be Leafeon. [Leafeon! The Verdant Pokemon! A grass type. When you see Leafeon asleep in a patch of sunshine, you'll know it is using photosynthesis to produce clean air.] They came back to us with Leafeon's remedy. With Leafeon's remedy, I and my friends were energized and healed.
Though Riolu and his friends saved the day, they caused Nate and Cyra to be suspended from the great team Chaos or the Chaos regime making both of them thirsty for revenge.
"What will we do know that we are suspended from the regime?" Nate asked with anger and disappointment. We have to please the boss if we want to return to the regime." Cyra answered with anger and disappointment.
"But how can we do that? Without any vehicles? No armed weapons? No gadgets? No tools? Pleasing the boss is impossible!" Nate exclaimed. "But if we steal the twerp's and twerpette's Pokemon... He he he, the boss will be happy and proud!" Cyra suggested a good and profound plan. "You're right, stealing Pokemons will return our faith to the boss!" Nate laughed with a villainous accent.
Meanwhile at the team Chaos headquarters, a sole kingdom resting upon an unknown island, a conference was held.
"Now that Cyra and Nate are suspended for good, the Chaos regime shall carry out its official goal." Their boss said as he walked slowly towards the conference room with her queen.
"What shall be your other my King? The Chaos regime shall execute it with glory." Elanor the executive of the Chaos regime asked willingly.
The boss wore his dark pledging helmet and sat down with her queen. "The queen and I have decided that we shall focus on the hunt for Gen45b and Gen46A." The boss explained. "The Bioweapon Pokemons? The Pokemons which damaged your dear face? Where in the world will we find these Pokemons?" A commander asked.
"I do not care whatever happens in the past commander, I want those Pokemon on my hand! I shall use them to cause order and destruction upon this region! I shall drink from the cup of revenge! I couldn't finish what I started last eight years ago... Now, now that the famous professors are dead! The bio-weapon Pokemons are ours for the taking!" The boss shouted with determination.
"But where can we find this Gen45b and Gen46A?" another commander asked. "We shall follow the footsteps of the traitor, she will lead us to the Pokemons." The queen of the Chaos regime explained. "In the meantime, I want all the professors and scientists of this regime to create a device which can open the distortion world." The boss added.
"The distortion world? I thought you gave up listening to that prophecy along time ago?" Another commander asked. "Oh I'm not going to listen to any prophecy, they are all lies! Prophecies are tales! I shall finish what I have started years ago!" The boss explained. "If that is your wish my king, the Chaos regime shall do it right away." Elanor approved the order.
Meanwhile, me and my friends set off towards Macropolis city! The site of my second gym badge. We would have to go around a mountain to reach route six due to the winding river separating it. But that all changed when we saw a sturdy wooden bridge connecting the two routes, this made me beamed as it would save a lot of time to travel across a mountain.
"Yes! There's a bridge we can cross to the other side!" I bubbled. "Well the bridge looks sturdy, maybe it's safe to cross it." Camellia faltered.
"Its better safe than sorry Kalem! Let's just cross the mountain." Zhery suggested. "You know, Zhery is right Kalem, that bridge may look sturdy in the outside but it may not be sturdy in the inside," Glade warned.
"Come on! You guys are too careful!" I teased as I stepped my foot on the bridge. "Haha! See, the bridge is perfectly fine!" I teased as a wood from the bridge broke. I was shocked that I almost fell from the bridge. "Phew... That was a close one!" I said with relief. "I thought the bridge was sturdy? Smartypants?" Zhery teased.
"I thought it was sturdy!" I explained. "Didn't we warn you?" Glade sighed. Then, a man from behind came rushing towards us. "Wait don't cross that bridge!" the man warned. "Oh hi there sir, but is there a problem with the bridge?" Camellia asked. "Come follow me to the hut, there... I will explain." the man instructed as we followed him to his wooden hut on the east of the bridge.
"My name is Basil, I am a businessman, I was the one who proposed on making the bridge." Basil, the businessman introduced.
"So sir, what happened to the bridge, why isn't sturdy?" Camellia asked.
"You see, that bridge was scheduled to be open and ready for crossing by three days' time," Basil explained.
"Meaning, the bridge isn't done?" Zhery queried. "Yes, the bridge was almost done, but one of the workers stopped," Basil explained. "Workers? But why did they stop?" Glade asked. "You see, the master chopper was the one who was chopping all the wood used to make the bridge, no one could accurately chop the wood into the given size except for the master chopper. But yesterday, the master chopper stopped working and became a loafer." Basil explained.
"Loafer? Is the master chopper a Pokemon?" Zhery queried. "Yeah, the master chopper is a Pokemon. But when it stopped working and began to loaf around, I had to send all the workers home since there was no wood left to be placed on the bridge." Basil explained.
"Ah I know! I could make Pokemon food which would energize the master chopper!" Camellia suggested. "Really? Thanks so much!" Basil smiled as Camellia began to cook the special pokemon food for the master chopper.
"Huh? I've never seen a stew-like that." Zhery observed Camellia. "Oh, this is because I was the one who came up with this recipe," Camellia explained. "Really, you know how to make your own recipes?" Zhery queried in awe. "Yeah, but it takes time to practice," Camellia explained.
We could smell the delicious stew that Camellia made entering our nostrils. "Now Basil sir, please lead us to the master chopper!" Camellia asked. "Sure! No problem! Just follow me!" Basil instructed.
We went behind the hut into a small shallow cave, and there we saw the master chopper. It was sleeping and snoring heavily on one of the rocks. "Hey Irys, what kind of Pokemon is that?" I asked. "I'll be happy to record the data for you Kalem!" [Machop! The superpower Pokemon! A fighting type! Machop's muscles are special—they never get sore no matter how much they are used in exercise. This Pokémon has sufficient power to hurl a hundred adult humans.]
"So the master chopper is also called a Machop!" Glade realized. Camellia placed the food on Machop's rock. "Machop, I am Camellia and I brought you some food for you to enjoy." Machop woke up and sniffed the delicious food, then Machop began to eat the delicious food. "So Machop, isn't my cooking the best?" Camellia asked as Machop agreed.
We thought that Machop would go back to work, but after it ate it went back to sleep. All of us were surprised. "Come on Machop! Please work!" Basil begged. Machop didn't listen to Basil and ignored him. "What a stubborn Pokemon!" I shouted with annoyance. "Yeah, stubborn like you!" Zhery teased. "What!? I'm not stubborn!" I objected.
"Stop fighting the both of you!" Glade ordered. "I guess Machop isn't hungry after all!" Basil concluded. "But what could be Machop's problem?" Camellia queried. "Hey Machop! Wake up and get back to work so I can cross the bridge!" I tried to wake up Machop but it won't listen to me.
"What could be Machop's problem?" Zhery asked. "Hmmm, maybe Machop is really just lazy." glade guessed. "Lazy? Machop isn't lazy. If Machop is lazy then how did he finish ninety-four percent of the bridge?" Basil disapproved.
"Hey, Machop! What's the problem?" I began to ask politely but Machop won't answer. "Come on Machop, just tell us what's wrong and me and my friends could help solve your problem," I explained and offered. Machop began to explain:
MACHOP! MA! MA! MACHOP! the Pokemon said with anger. "Kalem, Machop said that all he wanted was appreciation." Riolu translated. "Appreciation?" I wondered.
: MACHOP! CHOP! MACHOP! the Pokemon said with anger. "Machop said that no one appreciated all his hard work. The other workers appreciated the other Pokemon who were building the bridge. Machop just wants a thank you that's all." Riolu translated.
I translated what Riolu said. "So all Machop wants is a thank you?" Basil queried. "Yeah, Machop has been working hard all day and night! But no one ever said thank you to him." I explained. "If that's the case, then thank you Machop for everything!" Basil greeted. :MACHOP! The Pokemon rotated his head to the left. "Kalem, Machop said that he wants a sincere appreciation and not just a random appreciation just to force him back to work!" Riolu translated. I translated what Riolu said to Basil and my friends.
"But Machop, if we don't finish the bridge, then all the money and time spent on making this bridge will be wasted!" Basil warned. :MACHOP! "Kalem, Machop asked us to find another Machop to do all the wood chopping." Riolu translated as I translated to my friends and to Mr. Basil. "Machop, but no one cuts the wood perfectly aside from you," Basil complained. :MA MACHOP!
"Kalem, Machop said that he'll make a deal." Riolu translated. "A deal? What kind of deal?" I asked. :Ma! Ma! Machop! Chop! Ma! Ma! Chop! Chop!
"Kalem, Machop said that he wants to challenge me and you to a battle. If he loses he will get back to work, but if he wins then he'll just go back to sleep." Riolu explained.
"Alright then! Machop, I accept your challenge!"I shouted. "The battle between Machop and Kalem is about to begin!" Camellia proclaimed as she volunteered to become the referee.
"Riolu! Let's make this battle quick!" I boasted.
"Three! Two! One! Go!"
"Riolu use force palm!" Riolu was about to use force palm but Machop intercepted with Karate chop. Then Machop used Karate chop again on Riolu. Riolu was pushed back but he was still able to battle. "Riolu! Use quick attack!" Riolu's speed was incredible, it was able to hit Machop hard! "Now Riolu! follow it up with metal claw from the back! Machop faced a double attack but he still stood after the quick attack and Metal claw. Machop tried using Dual chop but Riolu was able to dodge it. "Riolu! Finish Machop with force palm!" Riolu's palm began to glow as it hits Machop causing Machop to faint.
"Machop is unable to battle! The winner goes to Kalem and Riolu!" Camellia announced. Machop stood up looking sad as he went out of the cave. He started to chop down some trees and began to chop the wood. "I feel sorry for Machop," Zhery said with sympathy. "Me too, Pokemons deserve appreciation," Camellia added. "I know Camellia! While Machop is working, let's bake Machop a cake he'll never forget!" Zhery suggested.
"Your right Zhery! Machop will surely like and appreciate a cake." Camellia added.
"Hey Kalem, Glade, you two help Machop and Basil while me and Zhery will bake a cake for Machop!" Camellia asked. "Bake a cake?" I wondered. "Yeah! While the four of you are working, I and Camellia will bake a cake as appreciation for Machop's hard work." Zhery explained. "No problem Zhery and Camellia, you guys go bake a cake!" Glade and I agreed with the plan as we helped Machop and Basil.
Machop chopped the wood, While Basil was the one who painted the wood, then it's me and Glade's responsibility to place and stack the wood on the bridge. The work was hard but just like what they say, when the going gets tough! The tough gets going! Me and Glade experienced the hard work Machop did. We finished around four pm, and we went inside the hut. "SURPRISE!" Zhery and Camellia held the cake up and showed it to Machop. Machop's eyes began to flow in tears. No one ever gave him an appreciation gift before. "That cake is for you Machop! You deserve it for all your hard work!" I uttered.
We ate cake together with Machop and Mr. Basil, Machop was very happy with the cake! "So Kalem, where are you headed to?" Mr. Basil asked. "I'm headed to Macropolis city for my second gym badge," I answered. "Oh really? Then good luck on your second gym battle!" "Thanks Mr. Basil!"
By the end of the day, we were able to finish the bridge three days advanced. the bridge is now sturdy and strong! Me and my friends waved back at Basil and Machop as we cross the bridge. "Bye Machop! Bye Mr. Basil!" We shouted as we got farther from them and nearer to Macropolis city! We were able to cross the bridge before the sun sleeps and before the moon has awaken. We learned today that everybody deserves appreciation for all they're work! Its been a fun day indeed as the journey continues!
