Bab 228: Some sort of strange premonition

Their ragtag group made it up the mountain without too much issue. They passed through the stationed camp without arousing suspicion. It was probably impossible to in the first place. 

"Just what happened here…" Xu Hexian crossed his arms over his chest as he looked around the camp with a frown. He visibly shuddered, disturbed from the scene laid out before his eyes of soldiers listlessly asking about the time and going about menial tasks.

"I bet it's the Celestial Sun Scroll's influence," Hui Moxiang's appearance was that of a young lady now and seemed to freak Xu Zhemu out more than when she turned into a raven.

"So this is why we never got any further information or updates about the Celestial Sun Scroll," Xu Zhemu hissed through his teeth, as he scratched his arms from a nervous habit.
