Dragon Trio Short: Timey-Wimey Shenanigans!

Falling from the sky like a shooting star, Michael and his two friends found themselves yet again enveloped in whitish rainbow aura sphere of transportation. Their unsteady screams matched the rocky fall they made towards the clean concrete pathway of the Gremory Residence's Garden.

They cried and groaned with pain as they toppled over each in a pile.

"Michael, what the hell!?" Shirou groaned picking himself up to crack his back.

"What? Oh don't be such a baby Shi-rou! We were literally about to be one of the very few suckers in existence to take a front row seat to see the actual Heavenly Dragons nuke the Underworld Battlefield. So I acted before we got caught up in, so what I should be hearing is a 'thank you'." Michael grinned and pointed to the mystical pocket watch that Chronos had gifted them.

"Get off…" Saji grunted as he pushed Michael off his back.

"Oh, yeah, it was a good thing you did that. Thank you so much Mr. Fuck up for dragging us out of a mess that you brought us into!" Shirou growled, "You overdid it with imputing the right coordinates once Chronen escaped. We had him and would have been on his trail had you actually looked at the dial while we were rushing in after him!"

"Hey, hey…I was multitasking so lets not point any fingers and figure out where we are." Michael crossed his arms and looked around to see the animal shaped hedges of the garden.

"Looks to me like we're in the Underworld and at Gremory-sama's place to boot." Saji scratched his aching head from the fall.

"Neat so we're at Rias' place. Looks like the watch brought us back to the present." Michael grinned.

"Or past…" Shirou groaned and shrugged.

"Or future…" Saji brought up.

"Welp, either way. Lets go and see Vene-sama and Zeo-sama while we wait for the watch to cool down!" Michael grinned but as soon as he took a single step, Shirou grabbed him by the collar of his uniform thus choking him.

"Have you forgotten the warning that Chronos told us about?" Shirou shook his head.

"Don't be a Shi-rou?" Michael laughed.

"And what the fuck is that supposed to mean!?" Shirou hissed.

"Two words dude. Tsun-Tsun~!" Michael giggled and sang.

"Do you want me to bury you!" Shirou angrily clenched his fist.

Cutting in before the two had another one of their spats, Saji adjusted his glasses and crossed his arms, "Mike, we're to interact with whatever time we're placed in to the absolute minimum. We could create distortions and ruin the fabric of time itself."

"I'm pretty sure you made up that last part. Didn't Chrono just say don't do too much to change things?" Michael folded his arms behind his head and shrugged.

"Still! Anything we do here can definitely cause more trouble than Chronen, making us no better than he is." Saji scolded.

"Sheesh, I guess you have a point there. I'll try not to get too crazy… Only Dinosaur Crazy." Michael said.

"Ah, no, make it just Cray-Cray crazy." Saji narrowed his eyes.

"Aw! Cray-Cray crazy Michael? But that means I only get to do zinger jokes and poke less fun at Shi-rou…" Michael pouted and kicked the ground.

"Wait that could have been an option this entire time?" Shirou chimed in.

"Do it…" Saji said.

"Ugh…fine…you never let me have any fun…" Michael grumbled.

"Good." Saji smiled.

"Nice that you guys were enjoying your little thing, but I'm pretty sure that this isn't the present or past Gremory Residence." Shirou said in astonishment at the sight of the garden ahead.

"Huh, what makes you say that?" Michael blinked.

"That."

"Whoa…" It barely hit Michael until Shirou showed him that there were dragons and domesticated flying monsters of varying sizes soaring above them.

"And there's also the fact that I've never seen a huge stone statue of half of the Gremory family's symbol combined with whatever the heck that is." Shirou then pointed ahead to the stone statue where indeed there was the Gremory family crest etched into it on one side, but on the other what appeared to be a Sunflower symbol joined it.

Compelled to at least examine it, the trio took a closer look at it with Michael being absolutely silent upon giving it a real look.

"Looks a bit old but its still completely new compared to the times me and Seekvaira came to visit." Shirou rubbed his chin.

"Hm, hey, I found a plaque." Saji said as Shirou came closer to look over his shoulder as the Sitri Pawn read, "In memory to those who fell and for those who have yet to rise. Always remember 03/1998 and never forget it."

"03/1998?" Shirou questioned, "Wonder what happened then?"

"Who knows but this obviously a memorial for something." Saji shrugged.

"Any idea who wrote it?" Shirou asked.

Saji squinted his eyes as he noticed the original name written in the devil language being scratched off and replaced with, "Shitty Old Man? Heart…'S'? What what?" Saji blinked at that.

"Huh, strange, you would think that the servants of this place would clean up some passing asshole's vandalism." Shirou laughed, amused with the rudeness of the deed.

"Yeah… Hey, Mike, you want to see this or…Mike?" Saji watched Michael blankly look at the the symbols of the statue, specifically the sunflower symbol.

[Dragon Booster!] [Blade!]

Summoning his Boosted Gear and Ascalon, he compared the sunflower icon on the Sacred Gear's gem to the statue's. Something was always nagging at him ever since S. Michael gave him the holy sword at Akeno's shrine once he assimilated the blade into his Gear.

'Could this be…' Michael was lost in thought, unawares of a pair of two sneakered feet about drive themselves into his spine.

"YO! Big Bro Rayleigh!" Along with Michael's sudden cry of pain was a young woman's rambunctious laughter devoid of any shame as Michael's face was sent slamming into the cold hard stone of the statue.

"…Uh…Mike…?" Saji sweatdropped.

"I think he died…" Shirou said, neutrally.

"You think so?"

"Well, I hope so…"

"Yeowch! That hurt like hell!" Michael gripped his bleeding nose in pain.

"Nevermind, he's alive." Shirou sighed.

"Alright, Bro cough it up! The Old Man called you in from the Grigori to discuss something in his study this morning! Its about the strange occurrences happening around Auros Town, right? Right!? There's no way I'm letting you out of my sight until you spill the beans because I ain't missing out on getting all of that delicious glory! Hehehehe!" The voice to whoever kicked Michael giddily laughed.

"Oi! What the hell is wrong with you!? Is that how you say 'hi' in bitch, huh, bitch!?" Michael angrily growled and turned back to face the girl, but he was too blinded by his rage to really look at her.

"O-Okay, Mike just calm down and lets just...just…" Saji chuckled as he approached the two with Shirou in tow, but once the pair caught a glimpse at the new arrival, they were left in stunned silence.

"Yo, Mike…" Shirou whispered.

"Yeah…what…?" Michael rubbed his nose clean of blood.

"Look…" Saji whispered as he pointed to the girl.

"Hm?" Following their trail of sight, Michael's eyes widened as he got a better look at who attacked him.

"Hm…" The girl who was also examining him in returned with her bright blue eyes had a lighter shade of dark skin, and seemed to be about the age of fifteen. Her body was fairly toned and well-endowed and seemed to be of average height, a bit shorter than the trio of young men.

Her set of attire consisted of what looked to be a Kuoh Academy girl's uniform, but instead of the traditional purple color scheme it was a deep blue. Instead of the usual prim and proper way that girls at their school wear their uniform, her style was a bit laxed. Tied around her hips, a blue blazer. Her dress shirt had its sleeves rolled up to her elbows, it was unbuttoned to show a black and red t-shirt showcasing what looked to be a cartoonish Scale Male, black spats under her blue skirt and red sneakers.

But what truly had everyone speechless were the certain features that the girl had. The black goggles that rested on her neck and her long, beautiful crimson hair was tied up and bound into a long ponytail by a familiar orange ribbon. The front bangs of her hair, they resembled a trident's the same as…

"You ain't Rayleigh-nii…" The girl narrowed her eyes, "Way to dash my expectations, but you did look like him…"

"…U-Uh, I…who are you?" Michael tried to form words through his dried mouth.

"Huh? You come onto our property and have the balls to ask that?" Like a gangster, the girl glared at the trio of teens while baring her teeth at them.

"W-Well, I…uh…" Michael nervously laughed.

"Hmph…" The girl suddenly let out a small laugh of amusement, "Fine then if your really want to know who I am, all you have to do is…" The girl imperiously looked down at Michael and smirked, "Get down on your knees and pledge yourself to be my new slave while praising EVERYTHING and ANYTHING great about me! Hahahahahaha!"

The girl evilly laughed.

"…" The Gremory Pawn dryly looked at her, 'Ah, so she's one of those…'

"Huh? What are you-?" The girl gasped as soon as Michael stood straight up.

"Nice meeting you, well, guys lets go see if the cool down is done and over with." Michael pulled out the pocketwatch.

"H-Huh? W-Wait, you want to know who I am, right so just bow down and say how great I am!" The girl's haughty exterior immediately broke.

'That didn't last long…' Shirou sweatdropped.

Ignoring the girl, Michael chuckled, "So do you think that Chronen is back in the present or…"

"H-Hey, you wanted to know who I am, right? W-Well I'll tell you so…so…stop ignoring me…" The girl fumbled with her words rather cutely in a depressing way.

'This seems awfully familiar…' Saji shot Michael a knowing look but his friend was still in the middle of screwing with the girl.

"I think five minutes must have passed, so lets check it o-!"

"Saki Gremory! Mwy nwame is Saki Gwremory!" The girl pitifully cried out, "That has to be enough to earn some recognition from you, right?"

"Hm?" Michael looked over his shoulder to her and gave her the most clueless of looks, "Who are you exactly?"

*SHATTER!*

Saki grasped her chest as her heart broke into many pieces. Tears streamed down her face as her lips grew crooked from frustration.

"Fine be that way, I the Great Saki will figure out what's causing all of this trouble and then you'll realize how spectacular I am and want to remember me!" The girl shoved Michael back and ran off crying, "The Great Gremory will not falter here!"

"…Wow…"

"Yup…"

Shirou and Saji looked at the back of the girl, already guessing who she's related from name and behavior.

"I know right what a drama queen. I mean she was going through all that trouble to try and introduce herself like such a big deal and when I chose not to care anymore, she started acting up like that. And she even talked about herself in the third person. Look, I'm the Great Gremory! Hmph! Who even does that anymore not me that's for sure…"

"…"

"…"

Saji and Shirou tossed Michael the dirtiest of looks until Michael gasped upon realizing something.

"O-Oh crap, that was my future daughter, wasn't it?" Michael held a hand to his mouth in shock.

"No shit sherlock." Shirou shook his head.

"Welp, its been educational to know that your peculiarity would be spreading to your future offspring, Mike." Saji awkwardly looked away.

"Did you just call my genes strange you son of a bitch?" Michael growled.

"But we really have to be going before something else arises, so set the pocket watch back five years earlier in the present where we last faced Chronen so we can pick up some clues." Saji explained.

"Right, right…" Michael groaned and froze once he realized his hand was empty.

"Mike…" Shirou squeaked.

"Y-Yeah?" Michael squeaked even higher.

"Where did it go?" Saji whispered, absolutely horrified at prospect of being trapped in another era.

Looking over their shoulders, the three young men looked to spot Saki still running in the distance towards the main Gremory castle like household. For a split second, Saki looked over her shoulder, tears stained her face while she gave all three of them a mischievous grin as she mockingly held up the nicked mystical pocket watch.

"…GET HER!" Saji shouted and pointed at the girl before they all made a mad dash after her.

"Dammit, Mike! What the fuck are you teaching your kids!?" Shirou roared.

"I know, I've never been so proud!" Michael wiped the tears, "The tears…they won't stop!"

"Now is NOT the time!" Saji shouted.

PERTIMBANGAN PENCIPTA
Retribrutus Retribrutus

Its been a while since I wrote anything that didn't pertain to sheer combat and recently I needed something fun to write. This could become a special to write but that will have to wait until I've properly planned the whole plot since it does involve the pandora's box of any story, time travel.

Also for those that are reading the story for the first time, you won't get half of what's shown here so just continue on to reading Volume 1 and onwards or if you don't have to thats fine.

Well, thanks for reading, I hope that you all stay safe with COVID-19 and the general madness that's going around.

I'm Out so Peace Out and have a lovely day!
