Bab 2: The Fall
"pshh" all I could hear was the sound of the rain pouring down. I looked down and saw the all the people clear out because of the pouring rain.
I took a deep breath. I took a step slowly and then another. I couldn't believe it I was going to do it and end this torture.
"Wait!" yelled a faint voice. "What do you think you are doing?! Don't take another step", she said in a frantic voice. I turn to see Kristy standing with the most terrified look on her face.
I saw saw her wet hair sticking to her face and the worried expression she held. I felt bad, she was my only friend who actually loved me. If I took another step I know Kristy would be really depressed just because of my selfishness.
But what about my feelings and my life. I have been feeling this deep pit inside of me that made me feel so sad. And I have been keeping up an act this whole time. I can't do this and I will do this.
I turn around ignoring Kristy's cries. And soon her voice went faint again. Before I took another step I turn to look at my best friend again, "Bye, thanks for all the love and support, Kristy" I say as I give her a weak smile.
I took a step.
I was falling. It felt like I was falling from a long dream and now it was now going to to end. When I see the ground come closer to I close my eyes and said a quick pray. I open them again to look one more time before I met the concrete.
I hear a thud.
Then I arose.
