Yman quickly averted his line of sight. Then he smiled wryly deep inside. About her last line, of course he knew it was just a joke. There's no way he would believe something like that.

Is there even a real witch in this era? He asked inwardly.

"Miss Elona, do you mean this potion is the key for that?" Yman raised the bottle at eye level. It has a strange-looking liquid inside.

"Well. I'll say no for now."

"For now? So that means… it will be soon…" he whispered, sounding excited.

"I'm still not confident it will come out successful. It's just a theory so far. That medicine is still 10 percent complete and I reached a bottleneck already. It's infuriating you know…"
