Kiko could not see the person's face because of the hood on the person's head, but he saw his mouth break into a smile before opening it. "Yes, I am," the opposite person answered him in a calm voice, yet feminine. He was quite surprised and did not expect that the opposite person was a female. Regardless, it wasn't a big deal to him.
