Bab 142: You are Back!

The click-clacking of her high heels reverberated in the hallway. Gu Xin Ye entered the office area wearing her spectacle and her long hair pulled into high ponytails. 

The noise around the area quickly disappeared.

As she walked past, the employees nearby would lower their heads, too afraid that they were going to meet her eyes. But once she was gone, the employees started to whisper among themselves.

It has been a while since their vice president showed up at the company and everyone did not expect she would be back so soon.

A few days after Gu Xin Ye was gone, the staff started to rejoice, knowing that they would no longer have to face the strict vice president. But now, it seemed that their day at the company would no longer be that carefree.

Moreover, everyone seemed to notice that Gu Xin Ye was looking fiercer now that she was back from her one-month break.
