Bab 63: Yang Lan.

Zoe and Zhang Wei had gotten to the restaurant in time to choose a suitable sitting arrangement that would help them communicate easier.

Yang Lan was sitting with her back to Zoe, who was sipping a glass of wine as she observed Zhang Wei. Zoe tried not to giggle in amusement when she counted his thirtieth yawn.

She could tell he was bored as hell! How in heaven's name could someone talk about herself for such a long time without pausing long enough to allow the other person to contribute? Zoe wondered in amusement.

"So enough about me, what about you? Tell me about yourself," Yang Lan said after over forty-five minutes of talking about herself.

Zhang Wei's eyes met Zoe's own, and he could tell Zane was amused by the whole situation, but he wasn't finding it amusing in any way. How was he supposed to go on two more dates with her when he was desperately praying for the two hours to be up already?

"Well, I am..."
