In front of the gate of Shantai City, MiBai and Purple watched as another old man, similar to Chuanli's age, hurriedly walked toward them with a worried expression, which Purple could sympathize with since his great grandfather had left without a guard protecting him.

He already noticed how his great grandpa bug had been traveling by himself after checking the surroundings. Although the old man is strong and showed that he could protect himself after that short fight with MiBai, it doesn't change the fact that it's extremely dangerous to travel around without proper protection.

There is the old man's important identity and status, especially when he was also a Great General before he retired. 

So, Purple had been wondering if his great-grandpa bug always slipped away in order to bring the best products and wild animals every single time his grandchildren visits him.
