Bab 41: Abduction
- The Emperor mountain -
By the time they arrived at the Shen's camps, the crescent moon was smiling from its hiding and the stars illuminated the rainforest into a glistening and mesmerizing surrounding.
Venusa was pulling up a blanket to cover her husband's magnificent topless body after she finished bathing him with a warm towel.
Leah Shen was running toward the tent followed by Willis Shenbi when she found out of her father's condition and she saw Alex Lee in front of the tent concocting medicine by the tamed fire.
"He would be okay!", said Alex Lee with a calm note and added gently, " Give this medicine to him".
Leah Shen was grabbing the medicine bowl with enthusiasm and entering the big tent without any noise...
Unaware of the observer, Venusa was kissing her handsome husband tenderly on both cheeks and laid her head on his well-built chest to hear his heartbeat.
The loving display didn't bother Leah Shen at the slightest, in contrast to the loving act of her fake mother and Nick Lang that made her trembling in disgust, witnessing the loving propensity scene in front of her made her heart incredibly warm.
Venusa blushed brightly when she realized that Leah Shen had watched her attentively, she raised up and said softly," Leah..., don't worry, he just needs a rest after the surgery.., it's that his medicine?!"
Leah Shen nodded and letting her took the bowl from her hands.
Venusa was blowing the medicine and said blushingly, " Leah..., could you turn around for a moment..., I need some privacy to deliver the medicine!"
Leah complied without any questions, after all, she knew what method that needs such secrecy...
Venusa transferred the liquid medicine using a mouth to mouth method...
After a while, Damian was successfully consumed all the liquid medicine effortlessly...
Subconsciously, her naughty husband was biting her lips greedily..., harsh enough to draw a response from her but not to draw blood..., she was kissing him back deeply with all her heart...
She almost moaned if she didn't remember that Leah Shen was still in the room with them...
Unwillingly, she ended the kiss and with a low voice still laced by desire, she told Leah," You could turn around now. Also, please stay here with your dad, Leah. I'm going to clean up on the stream and soak on the hot spring!"
Leah Shen suggested courteously, " Mother.., we can order someone to prepare warm bath water for you!!"
The sound of 'Mother' from Leah Shen mouth was ringing beautifully on Venusa ears, the little princess had accepted her as her mother.
Lovingly, she was patting Leah's soft blond long hair and smiled gently while saying," Great idea Leah, but It's not the same feeling. I wanted to relax and enjoyed the beautiful mountain view".
Since she wanted to bath in privacy, she told Willis Shenbi to leave her alone before heading to the mountain peak...
Unbeknownst to her, Willis Shenbi was following her secretly after reporting the situation to Alex Lee.
- Meanwhile, deep in the forest -
Ten shadows were lurking in the dark cave, nearby the cliff. Unable to continue to the capital city, they were using a different agenda.
Two hours ago, Nick Lang was leaving his mansion with his wife and two guards and thought that his mother had long gone.
But unexpectedly, his mother, Joelle Lang was waiting for him to help him escaped the barbarian country. She had planned that she would use any means to bring back her only heir, hence there was no way that she would leave him when danger lurking around the corner.
Joelle Lang learned that Marshal Shen had guarded the Emperor mountain exit by using twenty soldiers to barricade the road to enter the capital city, thus they could only escape from the cliff at the mountain peak.
In order to escape the Emperor's country, they have to go to the sea which located at the beach city or by the cliff of the Emperor mountain. The Emperor city was like a jail, the surrounding areas were covered by big rocks which enable anyone to get in or get out from the rough terrains. The Emperor mountain was the only possible entrance and exit to the outside world.
"Mother..., did you contact the boat yet?", asked Nick Lang after 3 hours of waiting in the dark.
"In order to use the satellite phone, I had to hide..., your guards thought that I was a witch and they look horror-stricken whenever they saw me. The boat would be here in an hour, let me enjoy the hot spring while waiting for them..."
"Mother..., we are in hiding..., we are not here for luxury!"
"You got married without my consent and then you come back only to order me to escape and leave you behind. Good things that I was waiting for you. You are the only heir of the Lang dynasty.., you don't need to prove anything in this barbaric land..., you almost get killed for what? Honor? Respect? Life is better than any of it and I am glad you got your senses back to go back to our modern country! However, that woman..., I don't like her! Why can't we ditched her?!"
"I have no reason to do so!"
Nick Lang didn't love his wife, but he loved the idea of having the last princess as his wife. He couldn't become the emperor..., but by marriage, he was the Emperor heir..., too bad Marshal Shen had to destroy his dream. But at least, he was keeping the souvenir.
Upon entering the hot spring, Nick Lang sensed that someone was in the premise.
"Ssttt, Wait, mother!".
They were hiding behind the wild tall bushes...
As expected, the hot spring was occupied by the naked goddess...., Venusa Shen...
She was standing proudly while gently massaging the liquid natural soap made from red roses all over her firm body...
Nick Lang gulped with excitement and his eyes were staring at her beautiful naked body like a puppy in love...
"Venusa Shen..", he muttered with exasperation and longing...
"You know the beauty? The goddess is the one you loved but you married the trash woman instead?!"
"Mother..., my wife is pretty decent, but her..., I can't have her!"
"Why not? I can help you..., with conditions..., as long you won't regret it..., but you need to distract her bodyguard!"
Unbearably, Nick Lang was hugging his mother with happiness and said," If I can have her, I will comply with any conditions and stay with you forever, sister!!"
That being said, he made a lot of noise to distract the giant guard to follow him. The distraction method was working...
Joelle Lang was satisfied with her son's promise, also this was the first time she saw him smiling like the way he was 15 years ago. She owed his son this favor, so even it was against her believe..., she would bring the beautiful goddess as a gift for her only son.
Smoothly, Joelle Lang entered the hot spring with a big smile plastering pleasantly.
The beautiful woman was standing in front of Venusa without taking off her clothing and while smiling said, " Great view..., look at my Emerald necklace!!"
Joelle Lang was swinging the mesmerizing Emerald stone in front of her eyes, and whispered, " Go to sleep!!".
Before Venusa could respond to the weirdness of the mysterious woman action.., she had fallen in deep sleep...
After hurriedly clothed her, the tall woman carried the unconscious smaller woman and brought her to their hiding place...
Marilyn Lang approaching them with anger, " Why do you bring the tramp with you, mother?!!"
Joelle Lang laughed sinisterly, " I am not your mother!! You are the tramp! I like this woman better as my daughter in law. Either you stay or leave! But the women that my son loves will stay!"
Marilyn stunned but she didn't want to be left behind, after all, by taking Venusa Shen away, she was taking an act of revenge on Damian Shen..., both of them would not be together in this life..., thus....that itself was one of the greatest methods of revenge. Also, she was close enough to make Venusa Shen's life miserable. She laughed inwardly of her evil thought.
"The boat has arrived, madam!"
"Good.., good..., right on time!!"
Joelle Lang was taking out a parachute and putting it on her back while tightening the precious woman to her body with a cloth rope. "I will jump first with her!"
"Mother in law.., how about me?!"
"Jump by yourself using the wire rope..., good luck!!"
Instantly, Joelle Lang jumped out from the cliff and the parachute spread like an eagle soaring the sky.
"Darn!", Marilyn Lang cursed with jealousy of how easy they went down to the big boat while she had to suffer physically.
Nick Lang successfully evaded the giant man and at the right timing when everyone had already entered the superyacht.
Without wasting any time, he unlocked the thick wire rope and threw it down along with his other baggage, after he cleaned up their traces, he jumped out using his wingsuit.
Unable to hold his excitement, he laughed and inwardly thought," Venusa Shen is mine now, no one can take her away from me.., not even the powerful Marshal Shen!!!"
Damian Shen was awake with a bad dream and scanning his surroundings for Venusa, but only Leah was inside the tent.
Still weak, he asked Leah," Where is your mother?!"
"Daddy..., you finally awake!!! Mother went to the hot spring!"
"Something wrong..."
Abruptly, Damian Shen was putting on a new shirt next to him and forcing his wood body to corporate, he walked out weakly from the tent followed by his daughter worried look. "Daddy..., you can't go up yet! You need to lay down!! Brother!!!"
Alex Lee was running toward them when he heard Leah Shen shouting for him.
"Daddy..., why are you not resting?", Asked Alex Lee with worrisome.
"Your mommy..., where is she?!"
Right at the moment he asked the question, Willis Shenbi showed up and while scanning around the camps, he asked with terror," Young Master..., has madam Shen return?!"
Damian Shen growled with madness and right away ordered all the soldiers to look for Venusa.
Willis Shenbi was down on his knees, ready for any punishment.
Damian Shen snarled," Willis, make yourself useful and go with me!!"
While Alex Lee's face was astounded with guilt and self-blame. "It's my fault..., I should send more soldiers to protect mommy!!"
Leah Shen hugged her brother and with a comforting smile she said," Brother, you're not at fault!"
After 2 hours of searching the surrounding areas of the hot spring, they finally found a clue by the cliff. The giant tree bark surrounding was marked deeply by a wire rope...
"They went down the cliff!", shouted Willis in perplexity.
However, by that time the yacht had left without any trace...
Damian Shen ordered," Get me a wire rope now!!"
When they finally got the wire rope, without care of his weak body..., he went down the cliff followed by Willis and six soldiers, since the land was within narrow constraints not too many people could step on the dry land.
They found footstep but no one was around...
Only pitch-black emptiness, loneliness, and mournfulness awaited to claim him.
Damian Shen shouted like an animal in pain," Venusa! Wait for me!!! I will find you!!!"
But fate was playing a trick on them...
Halfway to the cliff edge..., Damian Shen succumbed to the weakness of his debilitated body...
He was falling down toward the gravity...
Luckily, Willis was catching his body and save his life but unfortunately, upon impact both of them was falling with a loud thud, and Damian Shen's head was hitting the big sea rock pretty hard..., blood was oozing out from his temple..., instantly, everything turned dark...
