That evening, when Edie went back to her hotel room. She collapsed onto the bed and fell asleep immediately. She had just dozed off when her phone awakens her, "Hello," she answered, clearly half asleep.

"Edie!" Stuart's low, a deep voice murmured into her ear. Rising and falling with a rhythm that remained rich and clear.

Although they had only been apart for a few days, she had missed him like hell, and it felt like an eternity. Edie's headaches and she couldn't shake the sickening feeling in the pit of her stomach. Her mind wandered to the events of the day. 'Should I tell Stuart about what happened with Clyde. No! It would only make him worry.' Edie had to stifle the urge to cry.
