Chen Mo didn't really care about the quality of the games, he just recommended them according to the rules and the feedback from the players.

This could basically be seen as a free-range policy, promoting whichever game that achieved good results.

But since last year, Thunderbolt gaming platform had introduced a new rule for their designers, which was to coordinate their development direction as much as possible.
