Bab 3: School
Ten years have passed, although the initial plans were for Master Roshi to teach Yozu for two years had extended to five years as Yozu's studies increased the more he became accustomed to using his boosted gear to assist him in his studies but that instead caused Dr Brief to misunderstand thinking the studies were not challenging at all for him. If Yozu knew this he would not have continued to study this way as he misunderstood that his father was having faith in his ability to study and he did not want to let him down.
So after five years, Yozu completed his training under Master Roshi, although the latter did instruct him to continue his training and come visit him on his Kame Island occasionally so they can train again to which Yozu agreed. The relationship between Yozu and Bulma escalated to boyfriend and girlfriend upon the age of fourteen, because Yozu was not certain of what kind of relationship he should continue forth with Bulma so he gritted his teeth and confessed to her just as they passed Junior high school graduation.
Other than that, Dr Brief gave him a handheld container filled with capsules for his personal use of which is a portable home, vehicles, etc. Yozu had been studying his sacred gear with the held of the two dragons he was able to create a technique which allowed him to modify the appearance of the initial stage, instead of a red gauntlet the boosted gear took on the appearance of a fingerless glove and the divine dividing turned into a scarf.
These changes were to allow Yozu to be able to use his sacred gear more openly as wearing red gauntlets and white wings would openly attract attention, Bulma was quite intrigued about these two sacred gears as she too thought of creating such gadgets for her own use although she had yet to complete it. During a stakeholder meeting Yozu was set to become the heir of the Capsule Corporation but Yozu changed it by saying he and Bulma both will instead work together to run the company together if the day comes for them to take over, to which Dr Brief felt even happier.
"Yozu, it's time for school!" Bulma called out as she entered Yozu's room while he was still sleeping with a peaceful face, he trained hard last night so it was only natural he would sleep deeper at home. Bulma licked her lips as she playfully climbed underneath his duvet crawling ontop his body till she sat upright straddling him, she leaned over to his face as she whispered "Time to wake up dar-ling"
Yozu's eyes trembled a bit before opening with a smile on his face, this was the usual routine how Bulma would wake him up. Ever since they started dating Bulma became bolder in her approach with Yozu, but since the two of them wanted to follow their father's tradition they held back their urges although kisses were allowed. Yozu pulled Bulma closer before giving her a light kiss on her lips, "Morning princess" Bulma blushed a bit before slowly climbing off his body, "Time for breakfast"
Yozu nodded as he climbed off his bed, it has been a few days since they Senior High School of West City and Bulma shown him a strange crystalline sphere with two stars rotating within the sphere. According to Bulma, these spheres gave off a faint electromagnetic wave which enabled her to create a special radar to detect them, although the reason for this was the fact she came across an old legend about Dragon Balls which could grant ones wish if all of them are gathered.
Yozu was not sure if he could trust this legend but Ddraig and Albion both said that these balls contain a trace of Dragon energy which is similar yet different from their own, so instead Yozu agreed to follow Bulma to find the rest of the balls although he would go along for the adventure. And if this wish is true, then he would like to make use of it to remove the side effects for Juggernaut driver as a safety measure.
Getting dressed in casual clothes since the high school were not that strict in dress code, Yozu wore a silver-coloured shirt, ripped jeans as well as silver sneakers. [Oi oi! Are you trying to say something to me!?] Ddraig spoke with a fearful voice and Yozu knew what he was referring to as he chuckled while pulling out a red sleeveless jacket with a capsule corp logo on his back. [You trying to say this red dragon is on top of me!?] Yozu shook his head since these two dragons were quite conscious of the colours he wore and would argue what should be on top of what, but strangely they both protested that his underwear should never be red or silver.
Yozu has grown to be six feet in height, thanks to Master Roshi's training his body muscles did not become bulky but instead were leaned and well defined. He was quite often requested by Bulma to swim with her although he only found out she enjoyed looking at his body after they began dating. He was definitely at the top class of being handsome and because of that Bulma had a tough time keeping away the vermins from approaching Yozu, his black hair was kept short with his azure eyes unobstructed by his bangs that were cut just above his eyebrows.
After dressed, Yozu went out of his room to have dinner. "Mom, Yozu and I will be going on a journey this coming school holiday!" Bulma told her mom while they were eating breakfast, "Ho? Make sure to buy me some souvenir alright?" Panchy did not reject their plans, "Will do mom" Yozu answered as he knew Bulma would probably forget about this so he will take responsibility for it, Panchy giggled while pinching Yozu's cheek "Thank you son, you are so thoughtful" Bulma pouted but thought of buying her mom lots of gifts since they brought Yozu her boyfriend into her life.
After breakfast, Yozu and Bulma said their farewell while the two of them walked together to school while holding hands, "Yozu, since we are going to find the dragon balls. You can have the wish since my wish is already granted" Hearing Bulma's selfless act Yozu squeezed her hand with a smile, "And what wish is that?" Seeing Yozu's handsome face gazing into her eyes so passionately made Bulma blushed while looking a different direction, "It's a girl's secret"
Yozu nodded while the two of them walked together, "Morning Bulma!" One of the girls who are acquaintances of Bulma came over to greet Bulma, but when she saw Bulma holding Yozu's hand she felt a bit disappointed as the hottest guy in the school really was taken according to the rumours. "Morning Sakura, how are you?" Bulma gave Yozu a quick peck on his cheek before walking together with her friend to chat.
Because of Yozu's popularity with the girls, he could not make any proper friends as those who surround him are mostly those who want to gain some benefits from him as the heir of the Capsule Corp. This caused Yozu to find it difficult to make friends willingly and instead chose to spend his time alone, as long as Bulma was happy nothing else interested him at school.
"Hey isn't that Yozu Brief the heir of the Capsule Corp, he really is hot like the rumours said" One of the junior high school girls with blonde hair spoke since the Junior High section was not that far off from the Senior High school section. "I heard he already has a girlfriend, you best give up on him" The girl's friend adviced her friend but the blonde hair girl shook her head "Even if I become a mistress it will be okay" But suddenly the air felt strangely cold "Oho? So you would want to get close to my Yozu huh?" Bulma muttered with a darkened face.
When the blonde hair girl saw Bulma's face, she became pale "N-No! I was only daydreaming!" Hearing this Bulma relaxed her anger as she nodded with a satisfied smile, "Good because Yozu belongs to me. He does not need girls like you who only want him for his status" The blonde hair girl nodded vigorously when she heard Bulma's voice 'To think the girlfriend of the hottest guy was the smartest girl! But I am more beautiful than her' But she did not dare voice that out and instead left in a hurry.
"It is how many time now Bulma" Sakura muttered as she stood next to Bulma, "I will keep doing it, it is my duty as his girlfriend from having such girls to waste his time. He is simply too kindhearted" Bulma snorted as she and Sakura entered the Highschool building, "But what if he does takes a liking to another girl?" Sakura thought for asking, Bulma smiled "We will then decide on it when we get there"
"Yo Yozu! Are you coming to help us in the Soft Ball team again?" One of the students in the class called out to Yozu who entered, although they hate him for his popularity but they still respected his talent in sports since he was dubbed as the last line of defence for clubs who are on the verge of losing and needed a strong replacement. Yozu agrees to become replacements but only temporary since he was more interested in training his martial arts during his free time.
"Temporary?" Yozu asked, "Ah man, when are you going to join a sports team permanently?" The student lamented as he felt Yozu was wasting his talents in sport this way, "I am still considering the path I want to move forward, so while I am young I prefer to try out everything" This was Yozu's daily answer, although it was not entirely true but it was good enough reason to keep them from bugging him.
"Sigh... Fine, it will only be temporary, we have a match against South City Senior high school after the vacation" The student knew he will not be able to convince Yozu once he said that phrase and agreed to the usual condition of only being temporary. He would not try a trick another club did by saying temporary but hide the fact the member left the club entirely from Yozu, when Yozu found out he blacklisted the club on his own list and refused to join that club.
Even now that club was the lowest sport performing club since no one wants to earn the disapproval of Yozu although the person himself would not care but children imagination tends to overreact to such situations. Yozu nodded at the student before taking his seat at the back, "Man your lucky to book the last defence for your club, is it because of the finals?" When the student heard the question from one of his classmates he nodded, "Yes, we can't lose the finals or all our hard work will be gone"
When Bulma entered the classroom, her current height was five feet five inches being shorted than Yozu. Her beautiful sleek blue hair was neatly combed against her back till her waist as Yozu requested this of her since he enjoys combing her hair during their times together, her body had developed more than originally planned as she asked her mother tips on how to have a perfect body for Yozu's sake to keep the pests away to which Panchy gave Bulma unique diet that helped her developed more curvaceously.
The boys swallowed their saliva as no matter how many times they see this, they can't help but ogle at Bulma's body but when they saw her sit right next to Yozu their eyes moved away since Yozu was not one that could be offended. Sakura, Bulma's friend was five feet three inches with a lean body, purple chin-height hair took her seat on the other side of Yozu. Although Bulma did not like this from her personal view but she still relented when Sakura said she will help her keep the pest away, naturally Yozu was completely oblivious about their plans.
[White did you notice?] Ddraig spoke, [Yeah Red One, it appears our host has a similar taste to your previous host] Albion answered, [What do you think about the balls?] Ddraig had been quite interested in those dragon balls ever since they came across the two-star ball, [I don't know Red One, but if those wishes are effective, you think the two of us can revive with our true bodies?] Ddraig nodded when he heard what Albion said, [If it can work we should make sure he wishes for it]
