Just The Beginning | Protolouge
(A/N) So this is a AU, so that lightning bolt needs to go. Instead, I'll give her glowing eyes!
[Start]
It was cold, dark, and foggy. I just left my foster parents house because I didn't wanted to cause any more trouble for them. The sister followed me and we both walked without saying a word. We kept walking until we stopped underneath one of the drive overheads.
"Why did we come here out of all places?" Ivory asked.
"I don't know, you were the one that followed me here." I shrugged my shoulders.
Lately, I've been hearing voices and I keep coming to this overhang when on my free time. But when I don't come here, the voices get louder and louder--making me go insane.
I just looked to the ground and see my reflection in a tiny pool of water.
My dark brown hair looks messy, my hazel green eyes appear to be glowing for some reason, and I can see my black sweater vest. But its turning into a black mist from behind.
My eyes shoot wide open and I sprint forward in order to look behind me.
"Ahhhhhhh!" I screamed out at the black, ghost figure.
"Why are yo--OMG! Run, Ace!" Ivory says from the other side of the over-hang.
I ran as fast as I could to get to Ivory, I wasn't just like going to leave her here. Or I'll be in big trouble if I go back to that house.
"What are you doing?! Go back home, don't worry about me!" She shouted just as two more of those things came out of nowhere.
Now all three of those things were circling us. My actions went into defense mode and I also was circling around Ivory, but my back was facing her.
I guess me protecting Ivory wasn't enough because one of those things grabbed her from the top and flew away a little. Then all I could see was the monster sucking in a mist of Ivory's face--like sucking her soul?
Another one of those things picked me up and did the same thing to me. But I was way too young to die.
"I WONT LET YOU HURT ME OR IVORY!" I shouted at the thing, my eyes glowed again at the same time.
A bright light shotted out of me and killed all three of those things. I dropped down to the ground and ran over to Ivory.
She was barely breathing and her eyes looked glazed over; just like if you were in a daydream.
