Bab 6: Touka first fight
First, we needed to train from Kagune as Kagune is the main weapon for us, ghouls. Then do you even know Kagune, Touka? Touka surprised by the question I asked her and she pouted and said angrily to me while screaming "Don't underestimate me that much as at least I know Kagune." Then can you tell me what type of your Kagune, Touka- chan. Touka heard that question and answered back "Kagune is Kagune what Kagune types? It is like there are more types of Kagune. You idiot don't ask these stupid questions and start to become serious."
I told Touka that "Touka, there are four types of Kagune, they are Ukaku, Kokaku, Rinkaku, and Bikaku. Kagune is the best weapon for us, ghouls so we need to train our Kagune. So Touka do you know what your Kagune types?" Touka looked at me in confusion and I can see that she really didn't know anything. I signed and said, "Just activate your Kagune." Then Touka activated her Kagune and her Kagune that looked like a pair of wings with red and orange colors. When I saw her Kagune the first thing that hit me as she really has the most beautiful Kagune with Ukaku type. I looked at her Kagune and said "So your Kagune is Ukaku type. Ukaku is suitable Kagune for range attack and weak for close combat so you should finish your battle fast and because your Kagune can attack with a ranged attack, the stamina you used will be very fast so when you battle you should really check your stamina and move around."
Touka looked at me and said, "So what are the first training for me and I would also like to know your Kagune." I looked at her while released my Kagune and said "My Kagune is Rinkaku. That is flexible for all types and attack but my Kagune might weaker than Bikaku type."
Touka looked at my Kagune and thought "The black one the same color as his hair and also looked very strong." I looked at the dazed Touka that was looking at my Kagune with great interest and I waved in front of her face and said "Hello Touka do you hear me? This might be already known by you but you shouldn't eat human food as human food is like poison to us, ghoul. And the question for your training is we will start by building your body with great stamina, endurance, speed, and if possible I would like to teach you close combat as close combat is really helpful in ghouls' battle. Also if you saw the people with a white, gray or black suit while carrying a box that is as big as 3 feet or so then you should leave from that place as quick as you can and tell back to me when you meet me. If you don't have the necessary strength to protect yourself then you should avoid them and don't even think about comforting them in any condition"
Now let's start with stamina so let's go outside and run with me, Touka. Touka I will tell you again that my training is really hard that you will feel like giving up halfway and I will not allow it so I will ask you again "Do you really want to train with me?" Touka looked at my eyes and said back "As long as I can become stronger then I will endure any type of training"
Then we started training by running, push-up, sit-up, frog jump, lift the weight, and lastly, and the most important close combat training. In close combat training, I looked at Touka and I saw that she is really worn out and as if she would fall down just by wind blowing.
I and Touka trained together for about 1 month. In this one month, during training Touka trained herself with the schedule I made for her training while I trained with my schedule and also have to train Soru and Tekkai and I began to realize that the more I train in Soru and Tekkai the harder it for me to reach a higher level in these two Rokushiki. I hunted for food at night and train from morning to evening.
If you would realize by now but Touka you haven't trained your Ukaku to expect from close combat with me while using your Kagune. There is really a good method to increase the strength of your Kagune by eating other ghouls. So if you wanted to become stronger, you should have the strength to hunt other ghouls.
After Touka trained for 3 months, time for Touka to hunt her first prey has arrived. Of course, she will only hunt a human. At 1:00 pm, I and Touka left our house and went to the places with few humans and while I and Touka going to the city, I looked at Touka and "Touka when you hunt your prey, you should finish as fast as you can. Although you and I become stronger, the ghouls have some kind of hunting ground that is occupied by a very strong ghoul or a group of ghouls. So we have to be very fast in this hunt.
When I and Touka reached the place that we want, I went away from Touka and left her while I watched her from the place, she can't see me.
After I left Touka, Touka is waiting while leaning on the wall. Not long after, a drunken man comes to Touka
"Little girl are you lost? Come with me, I will take you to your parents" said the drunken man with a perverted smile.
When I saw the smile of that drunken, I really want to throw a punch at his face because his smile is really irritating me for no reason.
Although Touka is not responding back to the drunken, I can see that her hands are shaking with the pressure with her first killing but from her back, the wing-like Ukaku came out when the drunken man has approached the distance where she can attack him.
Touka then threw the bullets like attract from her Ukaku. I can only see the view of the drunken's body full of holes but I can see that Touka is still firing even after the man is dead so I use Soru and came behind Touka and said to her ear quietly. I said to Touka "It's alright now you can stop the attack,".
When Touka heard the voice of mine, she takes the Ukaku back to her back and her back also leaned to my chest. Then I heard "Thank you for not leaving me. When I am attacking that man, I thought you have left me after telling me to hunt a man".
