Bab 10: Chapter 10: Determination
Morning arrived and the two that was sleeping woke up and the first thing they seen was Specter smithing with concentration on his face, the two seeing this looked at each other and then walked to the entrance and both exited the cave, they landed on the river side each using there own means to get there John made Ice as a temporary bridge, and Sam made flames under his feet to walk.
There the two started training hard to get better, they attacked trees but the trees never fought back.

Finished with what I was doing all night, its noon already, making my way to exit and finding the two attacking trees, watching them for a minute I fly out and spoke.
If you're going to kill a dragon killing trees will not be of any help for you to accomplish it. (Specter)

Know what? That you want to get revenge on the dragon? (Specter)

The two looked at each other then laughed seeing each other's faces letting them relax for once.
Alright, you want to kill this dragon doing alone will not work but you two working together you will be able to. (Specter)
You will be helping us? (Sam)
Train you sure, fight a dragon? No I will only kill if I need to and this is your revenge not mine. (Specter)
Every choice you make will have a consequences just remembered that. (Specter)

Alright, you want to kill a Baby Dragon that almost killed both of you, training is needed. Sam using flames will be of little help as you are now, see that rock melt it. (Specter)
John, your ice is that of a twig, see that rock pierce it with your ice. (Specter)
Right, you need to put all this on as you train and you are unable to take it off unless your cleaning it and yourself. (Specter)
Waving my right hand two purple beams came from the necklace and placed two sets of items before both of them.
What is this? (Sam)
Sam picked up a normal looking light metal and leather armor mix set up.
Is it because its dangerous and will be attacked? (John)

I smiled a grin that was as if I am going to be enjoying this and both of them had a chill down there back as if there is a beast looking at them as food.
Put it all on. (Specter)
The two changed and it was quick being chased after arriving they got faster on changing and inly took a few seconds.
What is going on? (John)
Is your Mana also being restricted? (Sam)
What you have on is a armor that will fight you as you use spells, try attacking the big rock, Right! You are only to use your hands. (Specter)
Sam lifting his right hand started making flames the armor lit up and runes flashed and the flames wavered before disappearing.
John did the same right hand out and ice started condensing only for it to shatter like delicate glass.
What! (Sam)
You got to be kidding me! (John)
How are we to destroy a rock if the Mana is restricted! (Sam)
Try again. (Specter)
The two attacked and the rock was hit but not a scratch appeared.
The armor is random, the first to attacks are not random hut set to do that to show you what the armor will be doing to you, one spell will work but your next might not work like before or even be completely stopped, weakened and more. (Specter)
You want to get better, Control your Mana, if you cant do this then you best give up. (Specter)

Purple beam shot out and putting an armor gauntlet on and sending a Flame out to a different rock the rock melted into hot rock and I started cooling it with ice right after steam filled the area but it dissipated soon after.
This gauntlet does the same as your armor I just done it so you can. (Specter)
Throwing it before the two it landed in the ground, I float up and fly you the house and started making breakfast. John and Sam testing the gauntlet and it did the same thing as the armor they have on they know Specter done it with ease.
He did create that nice cave house he also has skill we can learn from him. (Sam)
I agree, he can have that level of control over his spells even if entered by this. (John)

The sounds of spells being sent out and impacted the rock sounded out, I finished breakfast and the Serpent also had its food, still thinking of a name for the little Serpent but have not thought of one yet.
After eating, I left and found two more large rocks and started carving runes on them, Sam and John seen me doing that but just continue concentrating on there training.
Days passed one after the next and the spells became smoother and faster, and finally the large rocks was destroyed.
We done it! (Sam)

Floating down before them, I clapped my hands.
Nice, you have destroyed a normal rock now you need to destroy those rocks over there. (Specter)
Seeing where I was pointing to there is two Rocks with runes clearly visible on it.
Seeing there stunned faces, I waved them on.
Get going the rock will run away if you don't destroy it in a day. (Specter)

Smiled back at them, I floated away and the two sighed as they started attacking the rock, I made my way around the forest and started carving runes on trees and going all over the forest the amount of trees with runes became more and more, then a Barrier formation was created over a large area. Night arrived and Floating back I see the two are out of Mana and sleeping, seeing there is no damage I laughed.
Well, best go to sleep and get your Mana back up. (Specter)

Making there way back inside, I look around the barrier is not visible but it is there. Flying to the edge of the barrier and touching the barrier I used my finger and made a rune on its surface and it opened up, passing through, I started grabbing different types of Plants and killing beasts collecting everything. There I started working on making a liquid adding the plants looks like a stew adding the beasts inside and a reaction happened, the liquid hardened then broke down to a white ash.
Waving the white ash was sent into the air and the wind blew bringing it further.
That should do. (Specter)
Walking back to the barrier and walked right through it no problem. Morning arrived by the time I arrived back Sam and John is looking around confused.
Specter, did you move the rocks? (Sam)
I told you, the rocks will run if you did not destroy it yesterday. (Specter)
Wait! You are serious? (John)
Be careful as you look for the rocks, trees might attack you. (Specter)
The two looked at each other confused and when they looked back I was gone from sight, but I was watching them below as I was high up, the sounds of movement was detected and looking over beasts started converging to the barrier and walked right in, but the barrier Stopped when 10 walked in, the others became aggressive and started hitting the barrier as to get inside but nothing happened.
Sam and John started making there around and watching them pass trees but jot realize the trees moved and seemed to follow them as they passed.
John snapped a branch out of the way and the tree attacked, it triggered the others around, branches was swung like limbs and hit Sam and John hard sending them flying they crashed into a tree and that tree hit them and not ling they are back in the beginning where they previously started there search the river side.
Right, the trees will hit you back to the starting point from now on, so you need to move fast without getting hit. (Specter)
What! (Sam)
Another thing, there is a barrier formation set up you will be unable to leave until the rocks are destroyed by a fire and ice attack one of each. (Specter)
Sam looked at the trees and then a tree picked a small rock and threw it at Sam and he evaded it quickly but clumsily.
Let me guess the trees will throw things at us also? (John)
Yup. (Specter)
Now that you understand, best get going and find the rocks if not the attacks will become harder and harder. (Specter)
Why are we doing this? (Sam)
You want to kill a dragon? You can barely evade a small rock from a tree how are you going to Survive when you confront the dragon? (Specter)
Work hard, you dint have much time the linger it takes the harder it will become for you to find the rocks. (Specter)
Sam and John took off right away, started using spells to increase there speed but the armor they have on interfere with the spell all over the body only used to the interface on hand spells now there they need to get used to the other body parts.
Sam and John ended back at the beginning every 3 minutes and once lasted four but that was it. The day passed and they fell asleep right away, after waking up and eating breakfast they realize something right away.
Wasn't that tree over there? (Sam)
I thought that rock that was thrown at us yesterday was over there. (John)
To help prevent you on remembering what tree will and will not attack you as not all trees will attack they all move and randomly it will only change when you sleep so each time you wake up you will not have the same location as it was before. (Specter)
The rocks will inly move after you attack them. (Specter)

What was that? (Sam)
Beasts are hungry and they are looking for food, luck for you your on the weakest ones best get going. (Specter)
This is too much! (John)
I am not the one trying to kill a dragon after it attacked me. (Specter)
Off you go now. (Specter)
Sam and John set out to look for two rocks and survive the beasts, they got attacked by not only the trees but a beast attacked them and the beast was killed by the two and they uses it as lunch, but as soon as the beast died another was sent inside.
There the two that was working together was not attacked that many times by trees, but then they got attacked by two beasts and the trees sent the two flying in two separate directions after separated the beasts charged to the two and moved to kill, they started struggling to fight the armor prevent some attacks from happening they got hurt and when they almost got killed the trees will hit them back to the starting area and they will get the chance to heal there wounds.
We got separated, lets try to stay together. (John)
I agree. (Sam)
{Ding!} {Ding!}
He is smithing and we are almost killed... (John)
Lets get better soon or we will be killed. (Sam)
Once again they made there way into the forest after healing up and this time they arrived at the barrier they feel a dreadful feeling when they arrived and looking at the barrier, a feeling of danger filled them as they looked at it. But they see only endless forest nothing else.
On the other side of the barrier beasts hundreds of them are smashing against the barrier there eyes locked onto the two as they walked following them and many attacked to kill but the barrier stopped them, the barrier is a one way barrier and it prevents others from exiting unless they have the rune key and the barrier detects the beasts was killed.
I feel something is looking at us, do you feel it? (John)
I do, lets get away from here it feels dangerous. (Sam)
The beasts watched until they vanished then started fighting each other right after.
