Bab 9: Chapter 9: Smithing
It has been Two days after helping the Elf, I have created some equipment in the two days this is the time to work on one item that will be convenient through out my travels until I have access to my Halo.
I am pouring melted metal into a mold, three different molds one is Oval ring and the other is a circle Ring and last is a star ★ but its not solid and just the outline of a star that is so thin that its very delicate, as I can't cool them down rapidly or chance of damaging them, I let them cool over night to be sure.
The time the Metal was cooling through the night, I created a Oval glass that is the same size as the oval ring, there made two, I then grabbed the Oval ring and carving tools then started using mana to carve runes on the inside of the oval ring, they started glowing a purple light but its very light, there I grabbed the circle ring and started putting more runes inside it and like the oval there is a purple glow.
Then the last gabbing the star and on both sides of the star I carved runes all over it and the star lit up purple brighter then the other sections.
There, I left the house and start to kill beasts, walking through the forest the beasts killed had there Catalyst taken out but it was Blue, Red, yellow, and many other colors but not the one I am looking for.
Collecting the bodies will be for later ince finished with the equipment and if anything other beasts can eat them for a free meal, the surrounding started smelling of blood and the surrounding started looking like a horror sight as beasts of all different types and sizes litter the ground like dead leaves.
Killing anotyer beast and taking its catalyst out it was purple seeing this I quickly made my way back and the sun is already coming up making the orange red sun and the dead beasts look like hell just arrived.
Arriving at my house I grabbed the parts and started assembling them, the oval ring had the circle ring placed inside and then the star in the circle ring then I used mana to cut the catalyst into a small smooth marble and placed it in the center of the star there the star lit up dark purple and then the circle ring then the oval, all the gaps looked like purple flowing Mana and its thick, placing the glass on one side and bending the metal oval ring locking the glass in place, then turning it over and adding the other glass in place and doing that all over again, there I added the chain and it was finished.
Putting the necklace on I looked at the anvil.
Waving my hand to the anvil a purple beam shot out from the necklace and the anvil vanished and the beam retracted back, there I waved my hand and the where I had my hand the purple beam from the necklace landed in the floor and the anvil was back.
Storage space necklace finished. (Specter)
Looking at the pile of ingots I waved my hand and they all been placed inside my storage, then I put the tools and equipment for smithing even the furnace.
The place was cleaned up and I nodded seeing its all clean. There I want to my bed and fell asleep right away.

In the dark forest beast crackled and snapped there mouths shut making multiple different sounds, a boy running through the forest then a beast charged from the right and a fire sphere was sent from the boy and hit the beast there flames burst and the headless beast fell dead.
The boy continued running this is Sam he is panting and breathing hard as if he had been running for hours, sweat flowing down his face as he wiped it off another beast popped around the tree on his left to only be greeted by a fire sphere to the face and get killed.
Who said the outer edge is safe! (Sam)
{Flapping!}
Wings flapping through the wind was herd and Sam began to pail in color.
So this is my end? (Sam)
{Snap!}
Branches snapped and a head broke through the branches and snapped its mouth shut aiming for the boy running below.
The fire sphere flew and hit the open mouth and the flames lit up the surroundings the big flying beast has leather wings with spikes all over its body red eyes that display how evil it is or hungry both looks the same.
The fire sphere did nothing but Sam did not wait and was already running deeper into the forest as the beast looked annoyed and broke a few branches and even took a few trees down like twigs just to get back unto the sky.
There it flew the same way Sam was running.

Ice spike shot up and stabbed into a beast belly and out the back its a Tiger beast it was still struggling and waving it's powerful paws with long sharp claws digging into the earth making long scars on the ground, John stood just out of reach and then sent a Ice sphere right into the head of the beast it exploded into bloody mess the body limped.
Ha! Sam just you wait and see just how many Beast catalysts I have Collected! (John)
{Snap!}
Becoming alert John got ready to attack and Sam ran out from behind some trees and seeing John he grabbed his arm and yelled as he jerked and pulled him with him.
Run! (Sam)
Letting go, Sam and John started running.
What are we running from? (John)
I think its a dragon! (Sam)
Dragon! (John)
{Boom!}
{Snap!}
Five trees just got snapped and pushed out of the way as a huge beast landed its the dragon chasing them, there it opened its mouth and sent a powerful flame that started turning the trees to ash and the earth turned to molten rock.
Sam and John both made a shield around them both and it overlapping, John made a smaller Ice shield and Sam made a Larger Fire shield, the flames hit the fire shield and it dimmed the flames down but it continues on passing through the shield and hit the Ice shield that weakened it down even more but it was not enough there the flames hit both of them and there bodies was becoming burned and getting many charring spots by the heat.
HAAA! (Sam)
HAAA! (John)
Yelling they noth rolled on the ground putting the fire out on them the beast walked over to them slowly as it enjoyed the suffering of the two humans before it.

A small Serpent lifted its head and looked off into the distance then slithering over to a bed, Specter who was sleeping woke up and the Serpent was looking right into specters eyes then it looked to the entrance then back to Specter.
Hmm? (Specter)
Getting up, I make my way to the entrance and the Serpent slithered up my leg and made its way to my right arm and to my right hand then looked to the right as if looking for something.
That's new, lets see what you are looking for then? (Specter)
Rising my left hand up a Pulse was sent and the surrounding became visible but it was further then just using Mana alone but not as accurate and the surrounding was not clear.
A beast appeared in sight, then two aura's that seem familiar.
Sam and John? And that is a ... Dragon? I see they are about to be killed. (Specter)
Rubbing the little Serpent head.
Good job. (Specter)
With a push off the ground I vanished from sight as I used wind to not only fly but also uncreased my speed, using water to block air resistance I only needed a few seconds to arrive at the two.
Seeing how hurt they are I land next to them and sent holy Mana over to the two that started healing there injured bodies.
The dragon stopped then it let out a deafening roar, it woke the two up from there unconscious state.
{Roar!}
The two jumped up and was about to run as the brain went into survival mode.
Waving my left hand my staff appeared and tapping it a pulse sent the dragon staggering back a few steps but that was it but when it looked up the three are gone not in sight anymore.
After sending a shock wave I lifted both them up and brought them away quickly, arriving back into my house, the Serpent made its way back to its spot and the two was to tired and as soon as there brain realize they are safe they fell unconscious once more not even processing they just got saved.
Such a tiring day... (Specter)
Bringing out some leather and needle and thread, I started making some leather armor, using a few beasts as the materials still had not collected the beasts from earlier but the ones he got to make food was here, using the leather I made Sam and John new armor as there clothes was turned to ash and leaving them naked right now.
Using the fur from some beasts to make two single beds and then placing both them on each as they slept, I went back to the entrance and looked out through the flowing water that still blocked one sight but I used Mana, scanning the surrounding I can see the dragon was raging about after losing sight of its food its still young dragon if it was older and more powerful then only ash would be left behind when it attacked Sam and John.

The night passed and morning arrived Sam and John sleeping woke up to smell of food, there stomach protested out of anger waking them up even more.
You two are awake? (Specter)
Specter! (Sam)
Where are we? (John)
My house. (Specter)
Food is done. (Specter)
A table full of food was waiting for them, they made there way over and realized they are having leather armor on and looked confused.
You remember the dragon? (Specter)
The two shivered.
Your clothes was destroyed had to make you that but that is not important! Food is! (Specter)
Right! (Both)
They quickly made there way and started eating like starving beasts. Nit long the food was gone and everyone was full.
You saved us? (Sam)
Yes, but the dragon is out there best to stay here. (Specter)
... (John)
Seeing the two is depressed, I get up and spoke.
Make yourself a home, this place is safe I need to collect some resources relax for the day, I will be back at night. (Specter)
Before they can say anything, I left and made my way back to the mine and started mining all the ore I came across with the Storage necklace I don't need to carry anything and its being five square miles space inside, I don't need to worry about lack of space.
The morning turned to evening then to night, I arrived back and the two was already asleep.
But with a glance there sleeping face don't show depression but a conference and a look of burning will, if that is there face as they sleep Nowing they have made the up there mind.

With a wave of my hand a ward appeared blocking all sound then waving my hand the storage necklace put all my smithing equipment down and I started smelting the ores first making them into proper ingots, then started using the ingots and started making equipment.
