Bab 172: Like to touch

"Do you want to escape?" The cat queries me again. "I can take you back to the human world."

The cat has green eyes. It reminds me of someone, but the person's face is shrouded in fog and I can't guess who the person is. I don't know him. 

But I know that I don't like that person.

I am someone who would rather believe my instinct than my brain now. I have already made many mistakes. I don't want to make the situation worse due to my ignorance.

Nick has already paid a great price. He didn't deserve the kind of life that he had, even if he didn't suffer like 'other human slaves'. He had to stay away from his family and give up on his dreams. He lost ten years of his life. How will I ever give him ten years of life? 

If I take any action without knowing everything, it will create problems that I can't solve until I know everything. Killian took advantage of it. Even now, I am surrounded by people and creatures who want to take advantage of it.
