Bab 17: Sin Of Pride

Unlike any other sin. Pride is self-respect and self-esteem. Pride is also arrogance and hubris as well. Hubris is excessive pride or self-confidence. Although pride can be good it can also destroy things around you. Being prideful is not always good for you. Imagine pride involved with love. It wouldn't work out. Why is that? You being prideful and not being able to actually express yourself because of your pride stopping you. Not being able to express how you feel about that person even tho they are right in front of you. It causes you to do the opposite of what you wanted to do from the start. Then at the end is when you see how much you are hurting them instead of making them happy. They who you cherish the most. They are not happy. It really breaks you seeing that. I've seen it. I've gone through it. And let me tell you it is not the happiest moment of my life. Seeing them sad, thinking you don't feel the same. It just hurts you know. It really does. It breaks your heart just feeling it. It really does. Even in the moment when you actually stop your pride and try to act. It's just hard. It makes you think back. It could've been different. I could've acted different. Even tho pride is really a stubborn part of you it makes you realize many things. It makes you want to change the way your acting. It makes you wanna drop everything and go for what you want. Achieve it.
