"Breaking news, today at A STAR mall…" the tv in the background played when Mi-sun and Alex surrounded the tv and went on to turn up the volume.
They were at the edge of their seats watching the Korean news report on the incident at A STAR mall on top of the 4.6 magnitude earthquake.
Mi-sun couldn't hide her horrified expression when Alex kept shaking his head, feeling sorry for the wounded when a video that someone took of the chaos was replayed.
They shivered at the sight of the stampede of people running amidst the confusion. And the sharp ringing of the gunshots in the background.
"Belen Astares and her fiancé Everest Fox were taken to the hospital accompanied by their secretary Noah Alvares."
The news released footage of Belen and the man the news anchor called "Noah" getting into the ambulance car with Everest in the stretcher.
Alex gasped so loud he fell off his chair when he surprisingly saw Noah stand behind the two.
