But Alicia also figured that this place was probably one of the good sectors of the city. She did not think that there were no bad sectors. But as they walked and saw the sights, Alicia wondered where they should go to begin scouting possible people to bring back to Phantasia with them. "Grandpa Mu do you have any ideas where we should go?"

"I have been thinking about that. You want to gather talents in order to make Alastine more advanced right?" Grandpa Mu asked.
