Bab 185: The NMAU Battle

Fang Ping and the others had not yet seen Huang Jing when Bai Ruoxi hurried over.

The moment they reached the hotel, Bai Ruoxi had initiated a small meeting.

"The dean is already here, but he went to the governor's house and will probably go to the arena with the governor.

"The dean didn't say what will happen if you win or lose, but the outcome of the battle is in your own hands.

"Martial artists only fight to win!

"We're giving you people a chance now to duel with others of the same ranks. In the future, when you go to the Catacombs, who's going to give you a fair chance?

"So, everybody should appreciate competitions like these that are arranged like friendly matches."

Everybody nodded their heads. Fang Ping nodded too, after which he asked, "Teacher, did you bring the medicinal pills the school gave?"

Bai Ruoxi dissolved into laughter. "No wonder Teacher Tang said…"
