"Alexis is back. We - we have to make her pay for what she did to us," said Laing Chao. He was on the phone with his girlfriend, reporting the sighting of Alexis Lu.
He had coincidentally seen her at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, walking out with a Korean man.
After being assaulted by Chevre Lu, he did not even get any settlement and his face was left with a permanent scar. Worse, after the shut-down of the recording company, he was no longer accepted in any other entertainment or media company, not even for a minor role such as a back-up singer.
It has been nearly a year since everything had fallen apart for him and his funds were slowly depleting. The same was true with his girlfriend, Wang Suimi. They both ended up being junkies while being jobless, diverting their frustrations to vices and drugs.
On the other line, Suimi said, "We can't let her getaway. Our lives were ruined because of her!"
