Bab 81: The Makeup

Xie Yuansheng looked at her with horror and then said, "Yingying, how will you get up? You don't have feet! Let me go and get it for you."

Feng Xinying said, "No Shengu. You wait here." She tried to get up but instead plopped on the bed beside him. She stared at Xie Yuansheng and said, "You are right. I don't have feet. Go and get the scissors."

Xie Yuansheng somehow managed to go to the bathroom to fetch the scissors and gave it to Feng Xinying. He sat back in his place and patted his thighs, "Yingying, come and sit here on me."

Feng Xinying took the scissors, straddled him sloppily by sitting on his thighs and held his little brother. She tried to narrow her eyes and brought her face closer as though she was investigating something. In the meantime Xie Yuansheng slid his hand on her back and started stroking it gently. Even though he was heavily drunk, her touch was invigorating. He said, "Yingying, my little brother is painful."

"Why Shengu?"

"It wants to do something."
