Bab 165: Setting the trap

Zhao Wei left after Bai Yun explained his plan to him. After he left, Bai Yun went back to his original life. It would be a few days before the things he needed would arrive, so he had some time before he had to act.

So the next day Bai Yun opened his store and continued his daily operations. It continued that way for the next week.

During this time, the city lord had come to visit him with Zhao Wei. Zhao Wei had come to the city saying that he wanted to help, and the city lord immediately took him to Bai Yun's store. The guard leader had told him about Bia Yun's reaction and he figured that Bai Yun had figured something out. Bai Yun simply replied by saying that he was working on something, and he would be able to give a definite answer soon.
