Dr.Charles jolted from his seat. Why would Jane had his son's blood drawn? Was he sick? Or, had Markus found out about Kyle? The primary reason why he adopted Kristian was because he wanted to mislead Markus about his son. He didn't want him to use Kyle in his revenge against him.

"Did teacher Jane told you why?" 

"Yeah, she said it's a routine medical checkup."

Dr. Charles sighed in relief and sank back to his seat. It was only a routine checkup. Dr. Jane was a pediatrician, and probably, she wanted to make sure that the children were in good health. Yet, he still felt uneasy about it. He stood up and strode towards his chopper, and in a couple of minutes, he was already in his house in the city.
