Bab 170: HER PLAN FOR THEM

"You look so beautiful today." Xiao Jun tucked a strand of Qianru's hair behind her ear, while holding her hand, afraid she would fall or slip.

"Only today?" Qianru's smile was so bright as her rosy cheek reddened under the sunlight, she look happier than the last years she has been together with Xiao Jun.

Xiao Jun leaned over and kissed her forehead with smile dancing on his lips. "You look beautiful every day, especially today."

Both of them walked hand in hand until the gates of the courtyard, where their carriage had been waiting for them.

Xiao Jun carefully helped Qianru to get on the carriage and didn't forget to tell to the coachman to drive slowly. They had woken up earlier so they could have enough time until evening.

After Qianru had sat comfortably inside the carriage and snuggled into Xiao Jun's warm embraced, only then the carriage moved slowly toward the main gates, out of the palace.
