Bab 169: THE VOW

Inside the study room, when all the Emperor's personal guards left after they had broken Mo Xuan Fei's left arm, it was only he and Lin Xingyan who were inside.

The man and the woman lied on the floor motionlessly. It was only their chest, which rise and fall that indicating they were still alive. None of them moved for long time.

Meanwhile the man shut his eyes tight with bulging veins on his forehead. He was concentrated to the pain in his left arm. Cold sweat started to form on his forehead.
