Qianru couldn't help but blush upon hearing Xiao Jun's brash comment.

"Jun...!" She called his name in reprimanding tone, but Xiao Jun knew her better to know that she was more ashamed than angry.

Xiao Jun was unusually quiet when he put an ointment on her wrist as if the bruises need more of his attention.

After he finished bandaging Qianru's wrist, he bent over and kissed her cheeks. "Go to sleep now, you are not sleeping in the entire night right?"

Xiao Jun gave off unexplainable calm feeling, but it made Qianru more worry about him.

"Jun…" She tugged his sleeves, urged him to stop. "Why don't you take a rest as well? You also didn't sleep this entire night right?" Qianru looked at Xiao Jun with anxious expression.
