Jake had a good rest at his mansion in Los Angeles. Despite not going out with his friends to relax, Jake still engaged in casual conversations with them and with Eva, who simply listened while Jake chatted with his friends.
In the evening, Jake watched the Indiana Pacers win with his friends, tying the playoffs against the New York Knicks. This left everyone in a better mood, knowing that there would be at least two more games between the two teams before the NBA Finals.
Jake was happy to learn that the future he knew hadn't changed much. If the New York Knicks won 4-2, then nothing significant would have changed with Jake's presence in the NBA that season.
Jake preferred facing the New York Knicks in the NBA Finals, as he knew they were weaker than the San Antonio Spurs. This way, the Los Angeles Lakers had a better chance of winning the NBA title.
I'm back, I've got my head straight and I'm going to try to write the chapters again more often, as I haven't written for years, I apologize if I end up writing some information that is different from what I wrote before.
I'm going to write a few more chapters of Jake resting before writing about the NBA Finals games, I hope you like it and sorry for taking so long to finish writing this book, I hope you can read it and spend some coins here to give me more motivation.
