In the past the Ghul family had a war against another one of the twelve families , who is also one of the weakest families, for the two white summon stones in the end the Ghul family won the war earning the right to claim the white summon stones for the family to be used 40 years in the future by the eldest princess of the Ghul family Rose and her little brother Alexander the prince gets the other white summon stone to be used when they are 16.
