Bab 609: Date with a black witch- Part 3

The councilmen passed through the Shire and the river that came after it, heading to another village which was rather quiet and deserted. Some birds that had perched themselves on the trees around chirped happily but apart from that, there was no one else but Damien and Kreme who walked into the village. 

"Sir, I don't think there's anyone in here," Kreme who had been working beside Damien had come to learn a few things during his duration in the council, "It's like…"

"Like no one lives here," answered Damien. The pureblooded vampire's eyes scanned the area they were in, "We need to find the odd house out of these lots."

"Yes, Sir!" Kreme responded back in a whisper. If the black witch they had come here looking for was somewhere here, they didn't want to alert her where she would go sprinting away.
