Bab 141: It’s Functional

Sheila was about to sleep when she heard a knock on her door. It was Grandma Terry, who led her to sit on the side of the bed, as she held her hands.

"Dear, I noticed that you've been very quiet after hearing that Keira is from a rich family. I really do understand your sentiments, but I hope that you will let the kids decide on their future. They are old enough to handle things on their own," said Grandma Terry because she could feel that her daughter was not at ease about Keira's background.

"I know that, Mom, that's why I decided neither to be a hindrance nor to talk about it with Zach," she said as she narrated to her mother that she had already had a talk with Keira.
