Bab 1: Staple of awkwardness...
The sun brightly kissed her young face as she still rolls over the sheet one Saturday morning. She was very hesitant in moving out her bed all she knows, it's Saturday, it's her day off!
But few minutes after that little fantasy is the call from her boss telling her to pick up their visitors from the airport. Although she want to protest that suppossedly she has to take that day as her off, she reluctantly responded yes.
Alex just had a splash of water on her face, since she was already running late for the flight of the visitors whom she will pick up. The road traffic add up to the hassle for that morning which hyped up Alex's mood.
Apparently, she doesn't made it on time for the arrival of the plane of the visitors. Luckily, the people that she's picking up in the airport are very understanding enough and have dealt with the situation calmly. When they meet in the airport, they hurriedly loaded their luggages in her car and off they go.
Alex has been rehearsing some small talks on her mind to erase the awkwardness in the car. Then to no apparent reason, her eyes meet the eye of the guy at the back sit in the mirror.
Now, everything in the ride from the airport to their hotel is awkward. 🙈
