That's right don't be tempted! She could secretly summon Li Shi Ying later after the tea party just to command her to take out that creature. 

The empress ended up doing nothing and only watched Li Shi Ying seemingly talked with her 'pet'. 

[I'm fine, Nessie. I'll think of a way] Li Shi Ying saw that the others were interested in Nessie and couldn't help but feel a little proud. She could take advantage of these people curiosity in Nessie but...no. 

She had a feeling that the empress would ask for Nessie. She didn't want to hand over her friend!
