There were many things that people expected Draco to react with, but none of them could have guessed that he would literally say something as daring as 'The IRS should no longer exist.' While many people agreed with him in their hearts, it was one thing to be a low earner and say it, and another to be a high-income tax evader and then utter the same treacherous words.
